- Baked chicken thighs with white rice and quinoa, and steamed broccoli, carrots, and corn on the cob, fried turkey dumplings
- Szechuan-inspired tofu with broccoli, asparagus, and carrots
- Turkey bacon, hash browns, poached egg, spinach scrambled eggs
- Turkey meatballs with spaghetti sauce over spinach linguine
- Spinach mac and cheese, BBQ pork spare-ribs, and cole slaw.
